A public review draft of the Comprehensive Plan is now available for download. The Plan is organized in two parts. The Character Volume describes the history, setting and existing conditions in the County. The Vision Volume sets forth the policy framework and implementation strategies of the Plan. Page County is working with Planning Works to update the County Comprehensive Plan, which is a guide to ongoing growth and development occurring in the County. It identifies goals for the County, establishes policies to be used in making decisions, identifies what development types are appropriate for specific areas, and proposes implementation strategies for the County to use to achieve its goals. Updating the Comprehensive Plan is the first step to ensuring that growth will be an asset to the County for years to come. As a citizen, business owner or stakeholder in Page County, you are invited to participate in the planning process.
