Flagler County is working with Planning Works, a land use planning consulting firm, to update the County's Comprehensive Plan. The planning process is just beginning, with the Planning Team currently compiling background information and preparing for the first public workshop. Flagler County’s Plan is a guide to ongoing growth and development. The Plan identifies goals for the County, establishes policies to be used in making decisions, identifies what development types are appropriate for the County, and proposes implementation strategies.
